摘 要:采用osprey喷射沉积设备,探索用氮气实现镁合金喷射沉积的可能性。通过热力学分析、镁合金成分设计、接收装置改进以及工艺参数调整等措施,制备镁合金坯锭,经变形及热处理后材料强度可达450 MPa。结果表明,成功抑制喷射过程中及吹氧冷却时镁合金的着火和坯锭组织中脆性相的形成,能够安全制备出高性能的镁合金材料。Using the osprey spray forming equipment, the possibility of realizing spray forming of magnesium alloy with nitrogenwas explored. The following measures were taken to prepare magnesium alloy billets,such as conducting thermodynamicanalysis, designing the composition of magnesium alloy, modifying receiving device, and adjusting operating parameters. Thestrength of magnesium alloy products reaches 450 MPa after deformation and heat treatments. The results suggest that highperformance magnesium alloys can be safely produced on condition that ignition and brittle- microstructure formation inmagnesium alloy can be successfully inhibited during the spraying process and the oxygen-blowing cooling process.
