脂蛋白α与高血压病伴颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘　　要：目的：研究脂蛋白α与原发性高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法：采用病例-对照研究，检测血清脂蛋白α浓度及其他相关生化指标，共检测了112例原发性高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者和90例原发性高血压伴颈动脉内膜正常患者。结果：原发性高血压伴发颈动脉粥样硬化的脂蛋白α水平较高。结论：回归分析显示脂蛋白α是原发性高血压伴发颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。To investigate the relationship between the lipoproteinαwith essential hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis in Chinese Han population. The study comprised 202 participants,who were divided into two groups：essential hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis （AS group, n=112） and essential hypertension without carotid atherosclerosis （NAS group, n=90）. Lipoprotein（α） were detected. The Lipoproteinαwere higher in essential hypertension patients with carotid atherosclerosis, when compared with those patients without carotid atherosclerosis. The level of Lipoproteinαis probably associated with carotid atherosclerosis in essential hypertension people of Chinese Han population.
