有创血压监测在儿童床旁血滤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：对31例在PICU使用床旁血滤治疗的重症患儿进行有创血压监测，其中3例患儿死亡，其余28例患儿在有创血压监测下均得到了顺利有效的治疗，且均未发生低血压等血滤相关并发症。有创血压提供实时、可靠的动态血压数据，为床旁血滤治疗提供了及时准确的临床指导。31 critical y il children in the PICU using continuous blood purification treatment were performed invasive blood pressure monitoring, in which 3 children died and the remaining 28 children under the invasive blood pressure monitoring received smoothly and effective treatment and did not occur any hemofiltration related complications. Invasive blood pressure provides flexible and reliable ambulatory blood pressure data and provides a timely and accurate clinical guidance for bedside hemofiltration therapy .
