摘 要:目的:研究藏药绿萝花对高血脂症大鼠动物模型的治疗作用,为临床合理用药和开发提供实验依据。方法:本研究采用饲喂高脂乳剂创建SD大鼠高血脂动物模型,将实验动物分成对照组、模型组、非诺贝特胶囊组(40mg/kg)及灌服绿萝花提取物组(剂量分别为50g/kg、25g/kg、12.5g/kg),分别在实验的第14、21、28、35、42d,以血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)和抗动脉硬化指数(AAI)为检测指标,研究绿萝花降血脂作用。结果:造模两周,模型组、非诺贝特胶囊组、50g/kg、25g/kg、12.5g/kg剂量绿萝花组的TC值显著高于对照组;连续给予三周的非诺贝特胶囊和不同剂量的绿萝花,使AAI值较之模型组的AAI值下降趋势减缓;连续给药四周,非诺贝特胶囊组和50g/kg剂量绿萝花组TC值极显著低于模型组,各组间的LDL-C值无显著性差异,50g/kg剂量绿萝花组能抑制高血脂大鼠血清LDL-C值升高。结论:绿萝花通过降低高脂乳剂诱导的高脂血症SD大鼠血清TC含量、抑制血清LDL-C上升、恢复高脂血症低下的AAI的作用而达到治疗高脂血症的目的。Study the treatment role of Scindapsus aureus on fatty rats animal model and provide experimental bases for reasonable clini- cal medication and development. Methods: To make the fatty SD rats animal model, we fed high fat emul to them. Experimental animal were divided into six groups: control group, model group, fenofibrate capsules group (10 g/kg) ,2g/ml, l g/ml,0.5g/ml of Scindapsus aureus ex-tractive. To study the role of Scindapsus aureus in hypolipidemic , we used these index: triacylglycerol( TG), total cholesterol(TC) ,low densi- ty lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C )and antiarterial hardness indices (AAI)in the 14st day, the 21st day,the 28st day,the 35st day,the 42st day. Results: At 14 days after modeling,the TC value of model control group, fenofibrate cap- sules group ,2g/ml dose group, 1 g/ml dose group and 0.5g/ml dose group were significant higher than that in blank control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the AAI value falling slowly through continuous to give fenofibrate capsules and different dose of Scindapsus aureus than that in model control group for three weeks; Successive medication for four weeks, the TC value of fenofibrate capsules group and 2g/ml dose group were highly sig- nificant lower than that in model control group( P 〈 0.01 ) , There was no significant difference in LDL-C value( P 〉 0.05 ) , but 2g/ml dose herb medicine could have an effect on inhibition of increasing of serum hyperlipidemia rats LDL-C value. Conclusion: Scindapsus aureus can treat hyperlipidemia through reducing hyperlipidemia serum TC value which was induced by high-fat emulsion,inhibition of rising of hyper- lipemia rat LDL-C value and restoring the low of AAI caused by hyperlipemia.
