摘　　要：职业噪声不仅会导致听力下降及耳鸣,还会影响全身各个器官系统,因此提前进行听力防护显得尤为重要。目前国内外进行听力防护的主要手段是通过完善与工作环境的噪声强度及接触的噪声暴露时间相关的法律法规和相关标准等;在企业中执行听力保护计划,进行噪声评估、测定职工噪声暴露时间,同时通过培训提高职工自我听力保护意识等;使用不同类型护听器及药物进行防护,以降低职业噪声带来的危害等。Occupational noise not only induced hearing loss and tinitus, but also impacted the organs and systems of the whole body. It is very important to imply hearing protection in advance to protect the function of workers＇ hearing. The most important measures to protect hearing at home and abroad so far are similar, like formulating the laws and standards for noise intensity and the duration of noise exposure; executing hearing protection plan to conduct noise evaluation, measure noise exposure time of workers and increase the workers＇ awareness of hearing protection through related training; using different types of ear plug and medicine to reduce the harm induced by ocupational noise.
