摘 要:针对一种安装在隔板塔中的气体调配装置模型,采用Realizable k-湍流模型和非结构化网格的SIMPLE方法,对装置的调节板不同开度情况进行了定常流动的三维数值模拟计算,并进行了实验研究.结果表明:数值计算结果和实验结果比较吻合;在开度小于50°时,装置调节灵敏,气体分配比变化显著,有调节板的升气通道内压力梯度较大,流速较低,有局部漩涡产生;开度大于50°,装置调节平稳,漩涡逐渐消失;气体分布机构中V帽的V型角度为40°时气体分布效果好.该装置可有效调节气体分配及分布.For the model of vapor split device in dividing wall column, three-dimensional steady numerical simulation of the regulating plate of vapor split device was carried out and corresponding experiments were performed by using reali- zable k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE method of unstructured grid at different opening degrees. The simulation results and experimental results were in good agreement. When the opening degree was less than 50° , the device was sensitive with significant changes of vapor split ratio, and the flow field of the gas channel with regulating plate was complex with large pressure gradient, small velocity and local vortex. When 0 was greater than 50° , the device was smooth and the vortex disappeared gradually. When V angle of the V cap of vapor distribution structure was 40° , gas distribution was good. The device could effectively regulate vapor split ratio and gas distribution.
