摘  要:针对传统纯棉毛巾冷轧堆前处理堆置时间长、生产效率低,处理后毛巾手感硬挺的问题,采用过渡金属盐A、CMC和调节剂M制备一种新型活化剂,并应用于毛巾冷轧堆工艺。通过单因素及正交试验,结果表明其优化工艺为:H2O2(27.5%)40 g/L,NaOH 25 g/L,活化剂6 g/L,耐碱渗透剂2 g/L,室温堆置7 h;经该工艺处理,毛巾白度达82.3,强力达436.2N,毛效为11.5cm/30min。In view of long dwelling time, low productivity and stiff handle in traditional cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton towel, a novel activator for peroxide bleaching with transition metal salt A, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) and regulator M is prepared and applied to cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton towel. Through the single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum process is determined as follows: H202 40 g/L, NaOH 25 g/L, activator 6 g/L, penetrant 2 g/L, and dwelling at room temperature for 7 h. The treated towel features good properties with whiteness of 82.3, strength of 436.2 N and capillary effect of 11.5 cm/30 min.
