超薄型纯棉织物耐久阻燃整理生产实践

摘　　要：针对纯棉织物(单位面积质量160 g/m2以下)的耐久阻燃整理,通过优化阻燃整理液中的配套助剂和阻燃工艺条件,以赋予织物耐久阻燃性能。优化的阻燃整理工艺为:纯棉耐久阻燃剂TEX-1(CP)420 g/L、环保树脂MF 50 g/L、纤维保护剂BH 40 g/L和磷酸(85%)20 g/L;带液率75%,焙烘温度165℃,焙烘时间2.5 min。超薄型纯棉织物经该阻燃整理后阻燃效果佳,耐洗性比较好,且手感柔软。Durable flame retardant finishing is carried out on cotton fabric of 160 g/m2. The optimum com- bination of auxiliaries in flame retardant solution and flame retardant process are discussed. The opti- mum flame retardant finishing process is as follows： flame retardant TEX-I（or CP） 420 g/L, eco resin MF 50 g/L, fiber protection agent BH 40 g/L, phosphoric acid（g5%） 20 g/L, pickup 75 %, curing at 165 ℃ for 2.5 min. The treated cotton fabric features good flame retardant effect and durability, as well as soft handle.
