摘　　要：目的:观察针刺手少阳三焦经和足少阳胆经特定穴对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲的研究方法,将符合入选标准的偏头痛患者59例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。治疗组针刺手、足少阳经特定穴治疗,对照组针刺非经非穴部位治疗,每次30min,每周5次,共治疗4周。于治疗前和治疗后(近期)、入组8周(远期)分别记录两组患者偏头痛生活品质问卷(MSQ)量表计分,判定其生活质量情况。结果:治疗组治疗前与治疗后近期MSQ、远期MSQ比较,功能受限、功能障碍、情感3项评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗前后各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴能较好地提高患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective ：To observe the effects of acupuncture at points of Sanjiao Meridian of Hand -Shaoyang and points of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot - Shaoyang on the quality of life in patients with migraine and to investigate the possible action mechanism. Methods：Fifty -nine patients with migraine meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30） in a randomised, controlled, single - blind study. The treatment group received acupuncture at specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridians of the hand and foot,while the control group received acupuncture at non - acupoints. Acupuncture was performed 30 min each time ,5 times a week, for 4 weeks. Migraine - Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire （MSQ） scores of the two groups were recorded before treatment, after treatment （short -term）, and 8 weeks later （long -term） to assess their quality of life. The treatment group showed significant improvements in MSQ scores in role function -restrictive, role function -preventive, and e- motional function domains in the short term and long term after treatment （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. The control group showed no significant changes in these scores （P 〉 0. 05）. The treatment group was significantly superior to the con- trol group in terms of all MSQ scores （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture at specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridi- ans can improve the quality of life in patients and shows promise for clinical application.
