摘　　要：针对目前国内外雾化干燥仪使用中存在的一些温度问题,设计一种以STC89C52单片机为核心,可以实时且精确的测量和控制雾化干燥仪中温度的系统。系统中采用了热敏电阻、PCF8591模数转换集成芯片、移相调压模块和LCD模块,利用一种模块化的设计方法,简化了电路设计,实用性好,电路工作稳定、可靠性高,能满足在不同场合不同温度范围下的测量工作。经过实验表明,所设计系统检测精度高,速度较快,数据较为稳定,具有很大的应用价值。Aiming at the present temperature problems of spray drying apparatus at home and abroad, this paper designed a system by using STC89C52 MCU as the core, which can measure and control the temperature in spray drying apparatus system ac- curately. The system simplified the circuit design by using thermistor, PCF8591 modulus conversion, the phase shift voltage regula- ting module and LCD module. The system has good practicability and high reliability, with the circuit works stably.. All these can satisfy the different situations under different temperature range of measurement. The experimental results show that the designed system has high precision with fast speed. Besides, the data is relatively stable and has great application value.
