摘 要:涡管排沙以其成本低、效率高等优点而被常常应用于引水明渠的渠首中,但由于涡管尺寸小、流动三维性强等特点,涡管中流动的真实信息很难得到,不利于涡管的优化设计。应用FLUENT软件,以RNGk-ε湍流模型封闭Reynolds方程,用SIMPLE算法求解方程组,采用VOF法追踪自由表面,对明渠排沙涡管中流态进行了三维数值模拟,得到了涡管内切向和轴向流速分布的完整信息。分析了水深、排沙涡管开口宽度、涡管直径、涡管与渠道轴线夹角、涡管开口长度和涡管纵向坡度等参数对涡管内流速分布的影响。The sand trapping tube is usually used in the head work of water diversion projects with the low cost and high efficiency to remove bed sediments .Based on the closed Reynolds equation with turbulence model ,the volume of fluid (VOF) method is adopted to track the free surface and the finite volume method is used to discretize the equations .The flow field in sand trapping tube is ob-tained by the commercial CFD code FLUENT .A series of numerical simulations that reproduce particular published laboratory flows are presented .Rather complete flow field information ,for example ,tangential flow velocity and axial velocity distribution in sand trapping tube are obtained .In order to identify the importance of various controlling parameters to flow field ,such as water depth , open width and diameter of sand trapping tube ,the angle between sand trapping tube and channel axis ,sand trapping tube opening length ,sand trapping tube longitudinal slope are analyzed in detail .It provides a certain basis for the study of bed load transport mechanisms and the design of sand trapping tube with spiral flow in open channels .
