摘　　要：结合当前我国露天煤炭事业发展现状,提出现代化露天煤矿建设目标、建设方法和建设标准,分析了露天开发方式的独特优点,并根据当前我国生态文明、安全生产、市场化改革的理念及要求,科学把握和预测了未来露天煤矿在开采工艺选择、开拓开采、资源开发模式、边坡理论、保水开采、设备设施、企业管理的发展方向,对未来露天煤炭事业的发展做了展望。In combination with the present development status of China surface coal industry, the paper provided the construction targets of modernized surface coal mine, construction methods and construction standards and analyzed the unique advantages of the surface mining development method. According to the idea and requirements of ecological civilization, safety production and market reform in China, the paper scientifically held and predicted the mining technique selection, development and mining, resources development mode, slope theory, water keeping mining, equipment facilities and enterprise management development orientation of the future surface mine and had prospects on the development of the future surface coal mining industry.
