摘 要:针对制约我国煤炭开发战略西移面临的水资源短缺问题,避免矿井水外排地表蒸发损失和造成土壤盐碱化,开辟节省土地资源和节约建设运行费用的矿井水储用的新途径,保护和利用西部矿区宝贵的矿井水资源,提出了矿井水井下储存利用的新理念,即利用煤炭开采形成的采空区作为储水空间,用人工坝体将不连续的煤柱坝体连接构成复合坝体,建设煤矿地下水库。开发了水库水量预测、水库选址、库容计算、坝体建设、安全运行和水质保障等关键技术,建立了煤矿地下水库技术体系,在神东矿区建设了示范工程。目前已建成32座煤矿地下水库,储水量达3100万m3,供应了矿区用水量的95%以上,为矿区发展提供水资源保障,为我国煤炭开采水资源保护利用提供了新的技术途径。According to the water resources shortage problem to restrict China coal development strategy forward to the west part of China, in order to avoid the surface ground evaporation and lost of the mine water drainage and the soil salinization caused by the available mine water treatment methods, to develop a new pathway of the mine water storage and utilization to save land resources and save the construction and operation cost and to protect and utilize the valuable mine water resources in the western mining areas, a new idea to store and utilize the underground mine water was provided. With the goaf established during the coal mining operation as a water storage space and with artificial dams to build complex dams to connect the disconnected coal pillars, water reservoirs could be built in the underground mine. A reservoir water quantity prediction, reservoir location selection, reservoir volume calculation, dam construction, safety operation, water quality protection and other key technology were developed, underground reservoir technical system of the coal mine was established and a demo project was constructed in Shendong Mining Area. At present, there were 32 underground reservoirs build in the coal mines with a water quantity over 31.00 million m3. Those water stored had supplied over 95% of the water requirements in the mining area, could provide water resources protection for the development of the mining area and could provide a new technical pathway to the protection and utilization of the mine water resources during the coal mining operation in China.
