摘　　要：文章总结了矿区总体规划编制中直接参与编制工作的单位关系图,对于从宏观上把握编制过程中各个单位的关系有较强指导作用,同时从前期资料收集与沟通、矿区范围确定、井(矿)田划分和生产能力确定、矿区范围内划分等方面对矿区总体规划编制过程中的几个重要问题进行了梳理,对总体规划的顺利编制有一定指导意义。The paper summarized a relation diagram of direct involved compile work units in the general planning compile of the mining area. From a macro view, the diagram would have a strong guide role to understand the relation of each unit during the compile process. Meanwhile from the aspects of the previous information collection and linking, the mining area scope determined, the minefield divided and production capacity determined, the division within the mining area scope and others, treatments were conducted on several important problems occurred in the general planning compile process of the mining area and could have certain guide significances to the successful compile of the general planning.
