摘 要:文章基于"破坏—安全"抗震理念,针对型钢混凝土柱在火灾情况下由于表皮混凝土的"爆裂"而致使承载力及耐火极限大幅下降的情况,对其进行了优化设计。通过预定"爆裂"位置同时对该位置进行预加固与防火处理来保证即便混凝土脱落、型钢暴露在外,型钢混凝土柱仍具有保证结构整体及内部人员安全的承载力与耐火极限,并采用理论推导与ANSYS有限元分析软件对优化方法进行验证。结论表明对型钢混凝土柱做预先加固与防火处理可以提高型钢混凝土柱在火灾情况下的刚度及耐火极限,从而提高结构在火灾这种突发状况下的安全性。Aiming at the condition that the bearing capacity and fireproof limit of SRC column sharply descend as the outside concrete cracks under fire disaster, an optimal design was proposed based on "fail - safe" seismic design concept. Pre - reinforcement and fire - proof treatment were done at pre - assigned position, to provide enough bearing capacity and fireproof limit, ensuring the security of overall structure and personnel inside, even with the concrete falling off leaving profile steel exposed. Theoretical derivation and ANSYS finite element analysis were conducted to verify the optimal design effect. The results indicate that, the pre - reinforcement and fireproof treatment can improve the stiffness and fireproof limit of the column under fire disaster, enhancing the structure security.
