Analysis and Prevention of Roof Falling at Face End of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face Under Close Distance Mining Goaf

摘  要:针对东曲煤矿4#煤层开采位于2#煤层近距离采空区下进行这一开采实际问题,采用理论分析和现场实践相结合的方式,分析了14214工作面端面冒顶形式及其稳定性控制技术。研究结果表明,当两煤层层间距小于4.75m时,4#煤层工作面端面冒顶以拱轴上移冒落为主;当两煤层层间距大于4.75m时,4#煤层工作面端面冒顶以剪切滑移型冒落为主;影响工作面端面顶板稳定性的主要影响因素为直接顶板的赋存状态以及支架的工作状态两方面因素。根据研究结果提出了相应的防治措施,取得了良好的应用效果。According to a mining actual problem that No. 4 seam mining of Dongqu Mine would be conducted under the goaf with a close distance to No. 2 seam, a theoretical analysis and a site practice combined method was applied to analyze a roof falling shape at the face end of No. 14214 coal mining face and the stability control technology. The study results showed that when a space distance between the two seams was less than 4. 75m, the roof falling at the face end of the coal mining face in No. 4 seam would be an arch axis upward roof falling mainly. When a space distance between the two seams was higher than 4. 75m, the roof falling at the face end of the coal mining face would be a cutting and sliding roof falling mainly. The main factors affected to the roof stability at the face end of the coal mining face would be the direct roof deposition status and the powered support working status. According to the study results, relevant prevention and control measures were provided and good application effect was obtained.
