摘 要:在交错排列矩阵模型的基础上,采用丝网除沫器内部流场和液滴惯性撞击过程的数值模拟方法,计算得到网丝捕集效率和除沫效率,其结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。基于数值计算结果分析了丝网除沫器的结构参数对除沫效率和捕集效率的影响,以及斯托克斯数与网丝捕集效率的关系。On the assumption of the staggered array model, a numerical simulation of the vapor flow field in wire mesh mist eliminator along with the mechanism for droplet capture due to inertial impaction is presented in this paper. The efficiency of a single wire in the eliminator is computed in order that the efficiency of wire mesh mist eliminator can be calculated. The obtained efficiency is found to be within a reasonable agreement with the published literature data. The effect of wire diameter, pad thickness, packing fraction on the separation efficiency and the relation between Stk and the efficiency of a single wire is investigated.
