摘　　要：玉米生产的发展将增大对玉米生产机械的需求,玉米生产机械化将是我国农业机械化一个新的增长点。2行自走式玉米收获机的不断发展和成熟,提高了农业机械的发展水平,促进了农业产业调整,有利于农民增收和节省资源。玉米割台是玉米收获机完成摘穗作业的核心装置,其功能是将果穗和茎秆分离,其工作环境的好坏直接影响到机器的作业质量。为此,通过查阅国内外资料和分析国内玉米割台存在的问题,设计了割台整体和部分的结构方案,完成了图纸绘制和安装试验等任务。The development of maize production will increase the demand for corn production machinery,and corn production mechanization will be a new growth point of agricultural mechanization in our country.2 lines of the continuous development of self-propelled corn harvester and mature,improving the level of the development of agricultural machinery,promoting the adjustment of the agricultural industry.It is good for increasing farmers ＇ income and save resources.Corn cutting machine is the core of the corn harvester complete pick ear operation device,and its function is to separate the grain and stem.Its work environment is good or bad will directly affect the operating quality of the machine.Therefore,by looking at the domestic and foreign data,the analysis of problems existing in the domestic corn,to design the structure scheme of the whole and part,the last to complete the drawing and installation test task.
