弹齿滚筒式棉桃采摘装置的设计研究

摘　　要：棉花是新疆的重要经济作物之一,但是由于天气原因,部分棉桃不能吐絮,丢弃则浪费巨大,人工收获则成本高。为此,在测定棉桃形态特征的基础上,设计了一种弹齿滚筒式棉桃采摘装置。重点介绍了该装置的总体结构、采摘原理,并对关键部件如滚筒、弹齿进行设计分析。该装置可以有效地采摘遗漏在棉株上的棉桃,不仅为农户增加额外的经济收益而且节约了人工成本。Cotton is one of the important economic crops in XinJiang,however,because of the weather conditions,a part of the cottons can＇t be opened,abandoning them will make a great loss,and handpicking cost is high.In view of this situation,based on the morphological characteristics of bolls,this paper designs a kind of bolls picking device of spring tooth roller-type.The paper introduces the overall structure,the theory of the device and analysis and designs pivotal parts such as spring tooth and roller.This device can effectively pick the missing bolls,increasing the income for farmers,saving the handpicking cost.
