摘　　要：新出现的甘蔗果汁加工行业及高品质食用蔗糖生产行业需要对甘蔗进行去皮,目前国内没有高效的甘蔗去皮机的这一现状限制了这两种行业的发展。为此,设计了一种甘蔗去皮机,具有通过PLC控制的进给机构结合特殊的刀具可自动适应甘蔗难切削的特点。该甘蔗去皮机可以代替人工去皮,提高生产效率,减少安全事故的发生,为甘蔗加工企业的高效生产提供了基础。The new sugarcane juice processing manufacture and high quality sugar processing manufacture need to peel the sugarcane.The situation that there are no effective sugarcane peeler at home limits the development of the two manufacture.Therefore,we have designed a sugarcane peeler.The feed mechanism controlled by PLC and the special cutter can adapt to the feature that the sugarcane is hard to peel.The sugarcane peeler can take the place of people to peel the sugarcane.It can improve the efficiency and lower the rates of accident.And it also provides the foundation for the effective production of sugarcane industry,and promotes to expand sugarcane economy by leaps and bounds.
