摘　　要：堆肥方法可以有效地处理养殖场畜禽粪便,其产生的恶臭化合物对周围环境造成很大影响;但采用微生物分解吸收,建造生物滤池来去除恶臭气体是一个理想的方法。为此,设计了一种用于堆肥设备中处理恶臭气体的除臭装置。通过分析和计算,确定了C50堆肥反应器配合使用的生物滤池的基本参数,垫料为4∶6堆肥与木屑秸秆的混合,停留时间为23s,空气流量为4.12m3/min。同时,对生物滤池的底板、侧壁、曝气管道和喷淋装置进行设计,使生物滤池操作方便、易于清理落料、除臭效果显著。整机性能应用试验显示,养殖场鸡粪经堆肥设备处理后,其主要恶臭化合物氨气的去除率可以达到80%以上。此除臭装置可有效减少堆肥中产生的臭气含量,可以在养殖场堆肥中使用。Composting is an effectively way to deal with manure in livestock farms.But the odorous compounds released by composting will have great effect to the environment.Used the technology of microorganism absorb-decompose,with a biofilter to remove odor is an ideal way.So,we design a device to remove odors in the composting.Through analyzing and calculating the filters,this article designed a biofilter suite to C50 compost bioreactor.The basic technology parameters is the media is mixed with compost and wood straw at the ratio 4：6,EBCT is 23s,air flow rate is 4.12m^3/min.Designed the filter bottom,side wall,air supply pipe and spray system to make it easy operate and clean,to make it more effectively.The whole device performance demonstrates that 80% of the main odorous compounds released in the compost bioreactor can be removed.The machine can reduce odor content.It can be widely used in the machine of compost.
