摘　　要：针对测绘信息化发展需求和所面临的问题及挑战,指出信息化建设对提升测绘行业竞争力的必要性和重要性,分析了测绘信息化管理的内涵。并以北京市测绘设计研究院的信息化管理平台建设的总体框架为例,详细阐述了信息化管理在提升行业竞争力方面的重要作用。In this paper, aiming at the development demand, the facing problems and challenges of Surveying and Mapping informatization, points out the importance and necessity of the informatization construction of Surveying and Mapping in- dustryfor enhancing the competitiveness, analyzes the connotation of Surveying and Mapping informatization management. And taking the general framework for the construction of informatization management platform of Beijing Institute of Sur- veying and Mapping as an example, expounds the important role of informatization management in the aspects of enhan- cing the competitiveness of the industry.
