摘　　要：工业化的迅速发展,导致传统小农经济不再适应生产力的发展,改造小农经济势在必行。而土地流转的实施,促进了农业规模经营、农业机械化和新技术的引进,有助于实现农业产业化。但土地流转还存在制度不完善、资金不足、市场不健全问题。因此,在肯定土地流转作用的同时,还需要通过制定相应的土地流转政策、坚持以人为本和完善服务体系来确保完成小农经济改造,最终实现农业现代化。The rapid development of industrialization led to traditional petty peasant economy no longer adapt to the development of productive forces,it is imperative to reform peasant economy.Implementation of land transfer promoted scale management of agriculture,mechanization and the introduction of new technologies,contributing to the industrialization of agriculture.But imperfect systems,lack of land circulation,and imperfect market issues exist.Thus,in affirming the role of land transfer at the same time,also needs through the development of suitable land policies,insisting and perfecting service systems to ensure the completion of the small-scale peasant economy transformation,ultimately realizing agricultural modernization.
