摘  要:采用浸泡抗蚀性能试验(K法)和潜在膨胀性能试验(P法)两种方法,考察碳酸钙晶须和玄武岩纤维增强水泥砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。通过测定砂浆的表观特征、质量经时变化规律、强度经时变化规律,并以长期浸泡下砂浆的膨胀率为辅助判断指标,全面衡量不同侵蚀龄期砂浆的硫酸盐侵蚀损伤特征。研究结果表明:碳酸钙晶须和玄武岩纤维的复掺有利于砂浆抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力的提高。Using two methods of immersion corrosion resistance test method(K method) and potential inflation performance test method(P method), the sulfate corrosion resistant property of calcium carbonate whisker and basalt fiber reinforced cement mortar were studied. Though testing the appearance characteristics of mortar, quality variation over time, the intensity variation with time and long-term and using the inflation rate of mortar under long-term immersion as the auxiliary judgment index, the sulfate corrosion damage characteristics of mortar with different ages were comprehensively measured. The results show that combined admixture of calcium carbonate whiskers and basalt fiber is more beneficial to improve the property of sulfate corrosion resistant of mortar.
