摘 要:本研究对2011年春、夏、秋、冬各季节三亚湾海域浮游植物种类进行了研究和分析.结果表明,三亚湾海域春季共有浮游植物34属83种,夏季共有31属63种,秋季共有34属96种,冬季共有36属97种.海区叶绿素a含量与潮汐涨落呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.77,P<0.05,n=26).三亚湾海域浮游植物种类丰富,季节演替比较明显.受海区环境影响,浮游植物丰度呈现远岸低、近岸高、河口区最高的特点.生态环境因子是制约河口区浮游植物种类、丰度分布的关键因素.Phytoplanton was analyzed in the reasons spring,summer,autumn and winter of the Sanya Bay.The results showed that there were 83 species belonging to 34 genera in spring,63 species belonging to 31 genera in summer,96 species belonging to 34 genera in autumn,97 species belonging to 37 genera in winter. The significant negative correlation( r =-0. 77,P〈 0. 05,n = 26) was found between the content of chlorophyll-a and the tidal in the Sanya Bay. The species of phytoplankton was rich and obvious for the seasonal succession.Based on the environmental factors,the abundance of phytoplankton showed far lower in the shore,higher in the near-shore,and the highest in the estuary. The ecological environmental factors were the key factors for restricting the species abundance and distribution of phytoplankton in the estuary.
