参虫胶囊对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参虫胶囊对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法:选用健康普通级纯系Wistar大鼠55只,随机分成空白对照组10只、造模组45只。造模组复制糖尿病模型,把造模成功的27只大鼠分为参虫胶囊组13只和模型对照组14只,参虫胶囊组以参虫胶囊灌服12周,空白对照组和模型对照组灌服等量生理盐水。结果:治疗后参虫胶囊组大鼠体质量明显增加,且优于模型对照组(P<0.01);模型对照组、参虫胶囊组血糖始终高于空白对照组(P<0.01),治疗6周后参虫胶囊组血糖与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:参虫胶囊有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖含量及增高其糖耐量的作用。Objective：To observe the influence of Shenchong Capsule on blood sugar of rats with diabetes. Methods：55 healthy normal pure Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank control group with 10 rats and the model group with 45 rats. The model group duplicated diabetes model,and 27 rats were made into diabetes models successfully. They were divided into the Shenchong Capsule group with 13 rats and the model control group with 14 rats. The rats in the Shenchong Capsule group were given Shenchong Capsule for 12 weeks;The rats in the blank control group and in the model group were given the same amount of normal saline. Results：After treatment,the body physique of rats in the Shenchong Capsule group increased significantly and better than that of the model group（P〈0. 01）;the blood sugar of the model control group and the Shenchong Capsule group was always higher than that in control group（P〈0. 01）;After 6 weeks of treatment,there were significant difference between the Shenchong Capsule group and the model control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Shenchong Capsule can reduce blood sugar content of rats with diabetes and increase their sugar tolerance.
