益气补血汤治疗全膝关节置换术后贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补血汤治疗全膝关节置换术后贫血的临床疗效及对关节功能的影响。方法:将116例(133膝)全膝关节置换术后贫血患者随机分为治疗组58例(65膝)和对照组58例(68膝),对照组给予硫酸亚铁片治疗,治疗组给予益气补血汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组总有效率为79.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d,治疗组Hb水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后7d,治疗组Hb、Hct水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后4周、术后12周的HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气补血汤治疗TKA术后贫血疗效显著,可促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue Decoction in treating anemia caused by total knee arthroplasty and its influence on joint function. Methods：116 patients（133 knees）with anemia caused by total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into the treatment group with 58 cases（65 knees）and the control group with 58 cases（68 knees）. The patients in the control group were treated with ferrous sulfate tablets,and the ones in the treatment group were given Yiqi Buxue Decoction. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 1%,while that of the control group was 79. 3%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Three days later after the operation,Hb level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Seveb days later after the operation,Hb level and Hct level of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Four weeks later and twelve weeks later after the operation,HSS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Buxue Decoction has good effect of treating anemia caused by total knee arthroplasty and can promote knee joint function recovery.
