弹道式体外冲击波配合滋肾骨康丸治疗跟痛症50例

摘　　要：目的:观察弹道式体外冲击波配合滋肾骨康丸治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将100例跟痛症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组给予弹道式体外冲击波治疗,治疗组给予弹道式体外冲击波配合口服滋肾骨康丸治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为98.0%,对照组有效率为86.7%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:弹道式体外冲击波配合滋肾骨康丸治疗跟痛症临床疗效确切,复发率低。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating bone pain with ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy and Zishen Gukang Pill. Methods：100 cases of heel pain were randomly divided into a conventional group and treatment group,50 cases in each group. The conventional group received ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the conventional group with Zishen Gukang Pill treatment. Results：98. 0% of the treatment group was effective,while the control group was 86. 7%,the efficiency between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）;and the efficiency of the relapse rate was also statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy with Zishen Gukang Pill treatment of bone pain is clinical efficiency and low relapse rate.
