基于公共空间活力的城市历史街区评价体系研究

摘　　要：随着城市建设的发展,具有一定历史文化特色的名城中,其历史街区的保护与改造日益受到重视.如何将保护和改造有机融合并营造历史街区的活力是文章主要的研究内容.运用专家小组法和层次分析法,构建了历史街区公共空间活力的评价体系,包括公共开敞空间、可进入绿化、停车设施、游憩设施、互动公共游乐设施等五项指标.采用构建评价体系分析了南京、成都、哈尔滨等地的几个历史街区,其结论与现场调研的结论具有高度一致性,说明了评价体系的有效性,可以对未来历史街区空间活力的营造提供有益的参考.With the development of urban construction,with characteristic of a certain historical and cultural city,historical block protection and renovation is becoming more and more attention.How to protect and transform organic fusion and build the vitality of historic blocks is the research content of this paper.The article used panel method and analytic hierarchy process to built the dynamic evaluation system of historical block public space.The article built evaluation system to analyze a few history blocks of Nanjing,Chengdu,Harbin and other places.Its conclusion and the research conclusion is highly consistency,showing the effectiveness of evaluation system.It provide the beneficial reference to build historical block space dynamic in the future.
