合著成果中“伪合作”关系的表现及成因分析

摘　　要：界定了科技论文成果中的"伪合作"概念和现象以及合著成果中伪合作关系的表现形式,包括挂名、虚假署名、参考文献中的虚假引用等几种可能存在的"伪合作"关系,这几种"伪合作"关系表现形式所体现的合作关系强弱各有不同。从绩效评价、职称评定、升学等几个方面剖析"伪合作"产生的原因,最终从制度、技术、自律、评价体系改革等因素探索如何避免"伪合作"现象。The author defined＂Pseudo-cooperation relationship＂in science and technology literature,discussed the characteristics of it in nominal authorship,faked authorship and false citation,analyzed the reasons of its existence in terms of performance evaluation,professional deputy qualification and promotion,and explored the ways to avoid＂Pseudo-cooperation relationship＂from different aspects of institution construction,technology application,self-disciplining strengthening and performance evaluation system reforming。
