摘  要:目的:探讨兰州方对再生障碍性贫血(AA)模型小鼠血常规和网织红细胞的影响和作用机制。方法:将BALB/C小鼠90只,体质量(20±2)g,随机分为6组:兰州方大、中、小剂量组、贞芪扶正颗粒对照组、模型组和正常对照组,每组15只,除正常对照组外,其余75只小鼠均经3.0GY直线加速器γ射线全身照射,照射4小时内由尾静脉输入取自DBA/2小鼠胸腺、淋巴结细胞悬液。照射1周后通过血象、骨髓象检测证明造模成功。用药20天、40天时分别观察各组小鼠外周血WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT变化情况。结果:兰州方能明显升高AA小鼠外周血白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白值,差异有统计学意义,红细胞升高不显著。结论:兰州方能提高AA小鼠的外周血细胞数量,对再生障碍性贫血具有肯定治疗作用。Objective: To observe the influence and the mechanism of Lanzhou prescription on routine blood test and ganulophilocyte of the mice suffering from aplastic anemia (AA). Methods: Ninety BALB/C mice, body weight (20±2)g, were randomized into six groups: high, moderate and low dosage groups of Lanzhou prescriptions, the control group ofZhenQi FuZheng granules, the model group and normal control group, 15 mice each group. Except normal control group, 75 mice in other groups accepted whole-body exposure under 3'-rays by 3.0GY linear accelerator, thymus and lymph nodes cell suspensions were drawn from DBA/2 mice and given to the mice by caudal vein after radiating in four hours. The models were successfully established by testing hemogram and myelogram. The changes ofWBC, RBC, Hb and PLT in peripheral blood of the mice in different groups were observed in 20 and 40 days after treating. Results: Lanzhou prescription could obviously raise WBC, blood platelets and Hb in peripheral blood of AA mice, the difference had statistical meaning, the rise of RBC was insignificant. Conclusion: Lanzhou prescription could raise the amount of peripheral blood cells in AA mice, and it could cure AA to a certain degree.
