消毒愈肌膏对糖尿病足感染的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消毒愈肌膏对糖尿病足感染的影响。方法:将糖尿病足患者40例按随机数字表法随机分为2组各20例,试验组在患处外敷消毒愈肌膏和无菌油纱条外敷,对照组在患处应用无菌盐水,2组均用无菌纱布包扎,每2天换药1次,30天后观察疗效。在试验处理前、后,用灭菌盐水棉拭子蘸取其创面分泌物或脓液,做细菌培养并进行鉴定。结果:治疗后试验组培养出病原菌14株,其中革兰氏阳性菌7株,革兰氏阴性菌5株,真菌2株,单一菌感染10例,混合菌感染2例;对照组培养出病原菌46株,其中革兰氏阳性菌20株,革兰阴性菌19株,真菌7株,单一菌感染12例,混合菌感染8例,2组病原菌株相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:消毒愈肌膏能有效控制糖尿病足感染,效果优于对照组。Objective： To observe the influence of X iaoDu YuJi ointment on the infection of diabetic foot.Methods： Forty patients were divided into two groups according to random number table, 20 cases each group, the trial group accepted external application of XiaoDu YuJi ointment and disinfection sterile oil gauze strip on the infected wound, the control group were given with sterile saline, both groups were dressed with sterile gauze, changed the dressing once each two days and curative effects were observed in 30 days. Before and after the treatment, secreta or pus of the wound was dipped by sterile saline cotton swab, bacterial culture was performed and identified. Results： After the treatment, there were 14 strains of pathogens in the trial group, including seven strains of gram-positive bacteria, five strains of gram-negative bacteria, two strains of fungi, ten cases of single bacteria and two cases of mixed bacteria; there were 46 strains of pathogens in the control group, containing 20 strains of gram-positive bacteria, 19 strains of gram-negative bacteria, seven strains of fimgi, 12 cases of single bacteria and eight cases of mixed bacteria, the comparison showed significant difference in pathogens. Conclusion： XiaoDu YuJi ointment could effectively control the infection of diabetic foot, and its effects are superior to the control group.
