泻肝健脾补肾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察泻肝健脾补肾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将腹泻型肠易激综合征患者88例随机分为治疗组、对照组各44例,治疗组予泻肝健脾补肾汤治疗,1剂/d,对照组予马来酸曲美布汀片和蒙脱石散治疗,治疗4周后比较2组症状积分、总有效率及安全性评估。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.7%,高于对照组的69.0%(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组症状改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:泻肝健脾补肾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效确切,且具有良好的安全性,无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects ofXie Gan JianPi BuShe n Tang in treating diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome（D-IBS）. Methods： All 88 patients were randomly separated into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were administered with XieGan JianPi BuShen Tang, one dose per day, the control group trimebutine maleate tablets and montmorillonite powder, symptom scale, total effective rates, and safety assessment of both groups were compared in four weeks after treating. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%, higher than 69.0% of the control group （P〈0.01）, the improvements of the treatment group were more notable than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XieGan JianPi BuShen Tang is effective and safe in treating D-IBS without obvious adverse reaction.
