心脉疏膏穴位贴敷结合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛40例  

Acupoint Application of XinMaiShu Ointment Combined with Western Medicine in Treating 40 Cases of Angina Pectoris of the Patients Suffering from Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的:观察心脉疏膏穴位贴敷结合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心绞痛患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组采用常规用药和空白贴,治疗组采用常规用药和心脉疏膏穴位贴敷,30天1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效、心电图等变化情况。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率为85.0%,心电图疗效总有效率为72.5%,均优与对照组的72.5%、57.5%(P<0.05),且未发现明显毒副反应。结论:心脉疏膏穴位贴敷结合西药是一种治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效途径。Objective： To investigate therapeutic effects of acupoint application of XinMaiShu ointment combined with western medicine in treating angina pectoris of the patients suffering from coronary heart disease. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. The control group accepted routine therapy and blank paste, the treatment group routine therapy and acupoint application of XinMaiShu ointment, 30 days were one course of the treatment, clinical effects and the changes of ECG of both groups were observed after treating for one course of the treatment. Results： Total effective rates of angina pectoris and ECG of the treatment group were 85.0% an 72.5%, superior to 72.5% and 57.5% of the control group （P〈0.05）, the obvious toxicity was not found. Conclusion： Acupoint application of XinMaiShu ointment combined with western medicine are effective methods for angina pectoris of the patients suffering fi＇om coronary heart disease.
