早期中医特色护理干预对脊柱手术后腹胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期中医特色护理干预对脊柱手术后腹胀的影响。方法:将脊柱手术患者70例随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。2组患者均进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上全程实施中医护理干预,观察2组患者入组后至术后1周内腹胀发生情况以及由腹胀引起的不适症状。结果:2组患者经过护理治疗后,观察组有效率达到100.0%,对照组有效率达到77.1%,观察组的临床护理疗效明显优于对照组。结论:全程实施中医护理干预对脊柱手术患者预防及消除腹胀有显著效果。Objective： To discover the effects of early TCM-featured nursing intervention on abdominal distension of the patients after spinal surgery. Methods： Seventy patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. Both groups received routine care, the observation group accepted TCM nursing intervention in the whole course, the incidences of abdominal distension from the hospitalized day to one week affhe the operation in both groups and the discomfort induced by abdominal distension were observed. Results： After nursing intervention, effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%, higher than 77.1% of the control group, and nursing effects of the observation group were superior to these of the control group signftcantly. Conclusion： TCM nursing intervention in the whole course could prevent and eliminate abdominal distension of the patients undergoing spinal surgery.
