摘 要:煤矿锚杆支护技术是煤炭开采的一项关键技术。针对深部复杂地质条件下采动动压影响区内的矿井、采区主要巷道支护,采用高预应力锚杆、锚索和注浆联合加固支护技术,可实现有效控制围岩变形与破坏,避免巷道多次维修。并通过高压注浆技术实现锚杆、锚索全长锚固支护和对松散破碎岩体进行充填、固化、加固,能更好地发挥岩层与锚杆杆体共同抗剪切作用,抑制围岩离层与错动,充分发挥锚固岩体的自承、自稳能力。解决深井高地压复杂地质条件下采动动压影响区内的主要巷道支护技术难题,为矿井实现高产高效创造了条件。Coal mine bolt support technology is a key technology of coal mining.Aiming at deep mining move pressure under complicated geological conditions in the mine and the main roadway support in the mining area,combined reinforcement supporting technology of high prestressed anchor,anchor cable and grouting has been used to achieve effective control of surrounding rock deformation and failure,avoid roadway maintenance for many times.Anchor and cable full-length anchorage support has been achieved by high pressure grouting technique,and filling,curing and reinforcement has been conducted to loose and broken rock mass,which can exert coshear action of rock and anchor rod,inhibit surrounding rock separation and dislocation and fully exert selfbearing and self-stability of bolted rock mass.The main roadway supporting technology problems of mining move pressure under high ground pressure complicated geological conditions has been solved,which creates premise for high production and high efficiency of mine from supporting effect,supporting cost,safety and reliability,etc..
