浅谈岩巷综掘机在快速掘进中的应用

摘　　要：钱营孜煤矿西三采区胶带机大巷的掘进速度较慢,影响了正常接替生产,为提高岩巷掘进速度,实现矿井的高产高效,通过引进综掘机械化作业线,西三采区胶带机大巷创造了岩石巷道中月进尺245m的新纪录,为工作面的正常接替提供了保障。结合西三采区胶带机大巷EBZ-260综掘作业线施工情况,阐述了EBZ-260综掘作业线的施工工艺、劳动组织、技术保障、设备改进等,并针对施工中出现的问题提出了建议,对EBZ-260综掘作业线快速掘进及推广具有一定的借鉴意义。The slow excavation speed of conveyor belt tunnel at West third mining area,Qianyingzi Colliery affected the normal substituted production,in order to improve rock excavation speed and achieve high yield and efficiency of mine,the conveyor belt tunnel at West third mining area has created a new record of rock roadway footage of 245 meters in middle of the month by introducing operating line of full mechanized excavation mechanization,which provided guarantee for normal substitution of the face.Combined with the construction of EBZ-260 full mechanized excavation operating line of conveyor belt tunnel at West third mining area,the paper exposited the construction technique,labor organization,technical support,equipment improvement of EBZ-260 and proposed some suggestions aiming at the problems occurred in the construction,which had certain reference for the rapid excavation and popularization of EBZ-260.
