胶带切边机的研制与应用

摘　　要：徐庄煤矿最常用的胶带宽度有1m和0.8m两种。1m胶带在使用过程中,由于长时间运转会造成边缘磨损。为了节约成本、减少资金投入,可将1m旧胶带宽度修整后用于0.8m胶带机上,实现了废旧胶带的重复利用。利用研制的胶带切边机代替人工修剪胶带,大大提高了切割速度和质量。The width of the most commonly used belt in Xuzhuang Colliery comes in 1meters and 0.8meters.Long-time operation may cause the belt edge abrasion.To save cost and reduce capital investment,the author proposes the reutilization of used 1-meter belt in 0.8-meter belt convey after width trimming,and presents the developed belt edge trimmer in belt trimming replacing manual labor,which has greatly improved the trimming speed and quality.
