摘　　要：笔者提出:以萍乡市为龙头,将环罗霄山脉区域为核心区域的湘赣边区,建立国家级的综合经济社会改革实验区,承接环鄱阳湖生态经济区和长株潭两型社会改革实验区,加快对接融入长株潭经济区,促进本区域跨越式发展。Taking Pingxiang City as a chief,The authors present the strategic conception of establishing a national economic and social comprehensive reform testing district in Xiang-Gan border region circum-Luoxiao Mountains,which interconnects the Circum-Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the Chang-Zhu-Tan Resource-saving and Environment-friendly Social Reform Testing Zone,fastens the connection and integration with Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone and promotes the leapfrog development.
