摘　　要：随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,以家庭联产承包责任制为基础的双层经营体制所存在的问题日益显著,传统的统分结合的双层经营体制是以单一农户为农业生产经营单位,其分散性与小规模的特征与现代农业生产经营的大规模、大市场特征之间的矛盾越来越突出。要解决这一矛盾,就必须通过重构农业经济运行的微观组织基础,使其同现代市场机制相衔接。Along with the gradual establishment of Chinese socialist market economic system, the problem of the two -tier management system in the household contract responsibility system as the foundation is more and more significant. The traditional two - tier management system ＇s unit of agricultural production and business is single household. The contradiction between dispersion and small scale with the large scale and market of modern agricultural production and operation becomes more and more prominentl To resolve this contradiction, we must rebuild the microstructure of agricultural economy to make it dovetail with the modern market mechanisms.
