摘　　要：群众路线就是"一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去",是中国共产党把马克思主义群众观点与中国革命实践相结合的产物。群众路线不仅是中国共产党的根本领导方法,也是做好思想政治工作的根本方法,对思想政治工作有着重要的意义。在思想政治工作中贯彻群众路线,坚持价值目标的内在一致性,坚持群众路线的创新性运用和发展,有利于思想政治工作者强化"群众首位"的意识,调动人民群众自我教育的主动性和积极性,从而提高思想政治教育的实效性。Marx＇s view that people is the creator of history is the theoretical foundation of the mass line.The mass line is the concrete application of the mass view in practical work,it refers to doing everything for the masses,relying on them in every task,carrying out the principle of from the masses,to the masses.The mass line is not only a fundamental method to leadership of the Communist Party of China,but also the fundamental way to ideological and political work.It is of great significance to ideological and political work.In implementing the mass line in ideological and political work,we must adhere to the internal consistency of the value objectives,the innovative application and development of the mass line.Therefore,it could help ideological and political workers strengthen the consciousness of ＂people first＂,mobilize masses＇ self-education initiative so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
