摘　　要：针对当前人们普遍关心的污染治理问题,冀中南地区很多城市都在努力削减燃煤消费总量、控制机动车污染、淘汰落后产能等,但效果并不明显。要实现环境保护与生态建设的积极有效,切实提高当地的生态环境承载能力,需要多方面长期坚持不懈的努力才能做到。Considering the commonly concerned issue of pollution control, many cities in the central-south region of Hebei Province are trying to reduce the amount of coal consumption, control motor vehicle pollution and eliminate the facilities of underdeveloped production capacity, but the effect is not obvious. There are much more long-term unremitting efforts which need to be made to realize the positive and effective environmental protection and ecological construction and this can improve the local ecological environment bearing capacity.
