摘　　要：服务外包产业的迅猛发展对服务外包人才需求越来越大。通过对河北省服务外包行业和服务外包产业人才培养的现状分析,本文从政府、高校、企业三个方面提出了河北省服务外包产业人才培养的战略,旨在促进河北外包服务人才培养的升级和企业的发展,进而提高河北承接服务外包业务的能力。The booming development of Hebei outsourcing industry needs more and more related intellectuals. Through the analysis of present situation and talents of Hebei service outsourcing industry, this paper proposes the strategies to cultivate intellectuals for the service outsourcing industry from three aspects including government, universities and colleges, as well as enterprises, in order to promote Hebei＇s capacity in accepting service outsourcing business.
