摘　　要：热障涂层(TBCs)应用于燃气轮机的高温叶片表面,可以显著提高其使用温度,延长其使用寿命,增加燃气轮机发动机的使用效率。概述热障涂层的制备方法、组成结构和燃气轮机热障涂层修复技术,并展望未来热障涂层技术的发展趋势。Thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） are applied on gas turbine. The applications are driven by the need to reduce the metal temperature, increase the service life and improve the efifciency. In this paper, an overview was focused on the composition structure of TBCs and preparation techniques. In addition, the technology of coating repairing was introduced. The prospect of TBCs for the next generation was also proposed.
