加味胃苓汤配合穴位按压治疗原发性肾病综合征水肿期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药加味胃苓汤配合穴位按压治疗原发性肾病综合征水肿期的疗效。方法选择原发性肾病综合征患者71例,随机分为治疗组36例、对照组35例。2组均予常规西医治疗,治疗组加用加味胃苓汤配合穴位按压疗法,疗程为4周。观察治疗前后临床症状积分、生化指标、利尿效果等变化。结果 2组治疗后血肌酐水平较治疗前略有所好转,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后血清白蛋白及24h尿蛋白定量比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。血脂指标经治疗后均能降至正常,2组治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。全身水肿消退时间治疗组(9.5±2.3)d,对照组(12.8±3.9)d,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组临床症状评分均较治疗前明显减少,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论在正规激素治疗基础上加用加味胃苓汤配合穴位按压疗法治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效明显,值得探讨。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Weiling Decoction combined with acupressure on the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients of edema period. Methods ：71 patients were chosen and randomly divided into a treatment group （36 patients） and a control group （35 patients）. The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine, but the treatment group was added with Jiawei Weiling Decoction combined with acupressure. 4 weeks was a course. The changes of their clinical symptom integral, biochemical indexes and diuretic effect were observed before and after the treatment. Results：The serum creatinine level of the two groups slightly improved after the treatment, but there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The serum albumin and 24 h urine protein quantitative comparison before and after the treatment showed significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The comparison of the two groups after the treatment showed significant difference significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Their lipid parameters became normal after the treatment. The comparison of the two groups after the treatment showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The systemic edema fading time of the treatment group was （9. 5 ± 2. 3 ） d while that of the control group was （ 12. 8 ± 3.9） d. The comparison of the two groups showed significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after the treatment significantly reduced, with significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Comparison of the two groups after the treatment showed significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Based on regular hormone therapy, Jiawei Weiling Decoction combined with acupressure has an obvious effect on the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients.
