摘　　要：在形式句法框架内对现代汉语并列句中空宾语结构的研究一直是个热点,对于缺失的语言成分可以处理为宾语或VP省略,但这两种分析都各自受到自身分析的挑战。现代汉语并列句中的空宾语结构只是语音层面的没有被拼读造成的,其存在的动因就在于语言先行成分的可找回性。The relevant studies on null object in modern Chinese co-ordinate clause in the framework of formal syntax are very hot recently. The missing linguistic constituent could be analyzed along the line of VP ellipsis and the missing object,which are also challenged by their own limitations. This paper tentatively holds that its formation is by means of non-spelling-out in phonetic level,which is determined by the recoverability of its proceeding linguistic constituents.
