大数据时代的统计变革与服务型统计建设

摘　　要：大数据正在开启一次重大的时代转型,必将给我国统计带来前所未有的影响。分析大数据时代统计价值多元化、用户大众化、需求多样化、产品高端化、供给社会化,因此服务型统计应运而生。建设服务型统计系统要从开放服务型统计市场、完善服务型统计制度、建立服务型统计体制、引入服务型统计机制、建设服务型统计队伍等多个方面入手。服务型统计的建设对于转变政府统计职能、深化统计改革具有十分积极的意义。The era of big data opens a major transformation, and it brings unprecedented impact statistics in China. Based on the analysis of statistical thoughts, value, users, demands, products, supply change of big data era, the paper puts forward the emergence of service-oriented statistics at the historic moment, and it explores the basic idea of the construction of service-oriented statistics from its system building, market openning, system improving, system establishing, mechanism introducting, team constructing.What the paper has done brings a positive influence on transforming government functions and deepening the statistics reformation.
