中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:130例脾肾两虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组60例。对照组给予贝那普利,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药肾元胶囊治疗。观察治疗前后临床疗效及安全性指标改变情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组证候积分为(3.25±2.18)分,对照组证候积分为(8.05±1.13)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量为(0.91±0.52)g,对照组为(1.35±0.63)g,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Ⅳterm diabetic nephropathy with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： 130 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of70 cases and the control group of 60 cases. The control group was given to benazepril,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine shenyuan capsule based on the control group. Observed the clinical efficacy and safety of index change before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,syndrome integral of the treatment group was（ 3. 25 ± 2. 18） points,the control group was（ 8.05 ±1.13） points,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,24 hour urinary protein quantitative of the treatment group was（ 0. 91 ± 0. 52） g,the control group was（ 1. 35 ± 0. 63） g,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Ⅳ term diabetic nephropathy with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome has good curative effect.
