摘　　要：目的：观察有限内固定结合外固定架治疗开放性不稳定胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：2002年2月至2008年10月收治开放性不稳定胫腓骨骨折30例,其中男18例,女12例;胫骨中上段骨折12例,中下段骨折10例,下段骨折8例;单纯胫骨骨折23例,合并腓骨骨折7例,均采用单侧三维多功能外固定器治疗。结果：开放伤口一期愈合25例,植皮愈合3例,转移皮瓣2例;骨折愈合时间6～12个月,平均10个月;随访时间6个月～1.5年,优良率为93.3%。结论：开放性不稳定胫腓骨骨折早期清创,良好复位,配合有限内固定及外固定架治疗,效果良好。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of limited internal fixation combined with open external fixation for the treatment of unstable fractures of tibia and fibula. Methods： 30 cases of patients with opening unstable fracture of tibia and fibula from February 2002 to October 2008,including male 18 cases,female 12 cases; 12 cases with fracture of middle and upside tibia,10 cases with middle and distal fracture,8 cases with distal fracture; 23 cases with simple tibial fractures,7 cases with combined with fibula fracture,they all were treated with unilateral three-dimensional multi functional fixation device. Results： The open wound primary healing in 25 cases,skin grafting healing in 3 cases,rotation flap in 2 cases; Fracture healing time 6 to 12 months,an average of 10 months,the excellent and good rate was 93. 3%. Conclusion： The opening unstable fracture of tibia and fibula treated with early debridement,good reduction,combined with limited internal fixation and external fixation has good effect.
