中医“治未病”理论在肛裂治疗中的应用

摘　　要：中医"治未病"理论是指采取各种预防或治疗手段,防止疾病发生和发展的方法,是中医治则学说的基本法则和中医学的核心内容之一,也是中医预防保健的重要理论基础和准则。肛裂是一种常见的肛肠疾病,常给患者带来很大痛苦。笔者临床采用未病先防、早治防变和瘥后防复的"治未病"方法治疗肛裂可明显减少肛裂的发病率和复发率,降低手术比例,节省医疗费用。Traditional Chinese medicine ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ theory refers to various prevention or treatment to prevention disease occurrence and development,and it is TCM basic principle and one of the core content of TCM theory,and it is also an important theoretical basis and criterion of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care. Anal fissure is a kind of common anus bowel disease,which causes great pain to the patient. The clinical use of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ method of prevention before disease,early treating and defending,and preventing recurrence after cure in the treatment of anal fissure can decrease the morbidity and recurrence of anal fissure rate obviously,reduce the proportion of operation,save medical cost.
